IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Vielfältige IT-Landschaft: Du pflegst und optimierst unsere IT-Umgebung, die sowohl Windows- als auch macOS-Systeme umfasst.
Microsoft 365-Management: Du bist zuständig für die Verwaltung unserer Microsoft 365-Umgebung - von der Kontoeinrichtung über Gruppenmanagement bis hin zur Lizenzverwaltung und dem Device-Management mit Microsoft Intune.
Sicherheits-Management: Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Sicherheits-Best-Practices sind für Dich kein Neuland.
Technischer Support: Du agierst als erste Anlaufstelle für IT-bezogene Fragen und Probleme und sicherst durch deine Expertise die Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen.
Netzwerkadministration: Deine Expertise in der Netzwerkverwaltung hilft uns, sicherzustellen, dass jedes Datenpaket schnellstmöglich sein Ziel erreicht.
Schulung: Du teilst dein Wissen durch interne (Anwendungs-) Schulungen mit den Kolleg:innen und förderst so die IT-Kompetenz im Unternehmen.
Projektmanagement und Innovation: Die Verantwortung für eigene IT-Projekte liegt in Deinen Händen, ebenso wie die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Prozesse und -Systeme.
Hardware-Beschaffung und -Management: Du steuerst den gesamten Prozess von der Auswahl und Bestellung neuer IT-Hardware bis hin zu Wartung und Aufrüstung.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

Leidenschaft für Technologie (und Gaming).
Erfahrung in der IT-Administration, idealerweise in einer gemischten Windows- und macOS-Umgebung.
Verständnis von Microsoft 365
Erfahrung im Netzwerkmanagement
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzubringen.
Eine Homebase in Köln o. Umgebung, damit du regelmäßig in unserem Office in Ehrenfeld sein kannst

Bei build a rocket schließen wir uns gemeinsam zusammen, um die Durchführung, Planung und Konzeption von Projekten, Strategien und Kampagnen rund um das Thema Esports durchzuführen. Seit März 2021 sind wir auch Teil der Sportfive- Familie.

Are you looking for a position where you can apply your IT administration and IT skills hands-on and shape the IT infrastructure of a young company? Are you a team-oriented person with a problem-solving gene and would like to use your experience to ensure that all applications run smoothly and securely?

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Diverse IT landscape: You will maintain and optimize our IT environment, which includes both Windows and macOS systems.
Microsoft 365 management: You are responsible for managing our Microsoft 365 environment - from account setup and group management to license management and device management with Microsoft Intune.
Security management: Implementing and monitoring security policies and best practices is second nature to you.
Technical support: You act as the first point of contact for IT-related questions and problems and use your expertise to ensure that hardware and software problems are solved.
Network administration: Your expertise in network administration helps us to ensure that every data packet reaches its destination as quickly as possible.
Training: You share your knowledge with colleagues through internal (user) training and promote IT expertise within the company.
Project management and innovation: You are responsible for your own IT projects, as well as the continuous development of our IT processes and systems.
Hardware procurement and management: You manage the entire process from selecting and ordering new IT hardware to maintenance and upgrades.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

Passion for technology (and gaming).
Experience in IT administration, ideally in a mixed Windows and macOS environment.
Understanding of Microsoft 365
Experience in network management
Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of independence
Team spirit and the willingness to contribute in a dynamic environment
A home base in Cologne or the surrounding area so that you can be in our office in Ehrenfeld regularly

The company was founded in 2016 by Alexander Albrecht and Tobias Heim. Our team operates from an office in the heart of Cologne's Ehrenfeld district. We have been part of the Sportfive family since 2021.
